The hotel at South Harbour is a cornerstone of the development. It is envisaged as small, romantic and water focussed. All rooms would be individually designed with water views and evoke a sense of a personally scaled intimate accommodation. Included in the hotel would be a tea room, bar, and a small meeting/ convention area. Some hotel rooms would be dispersed away from the main hotel building over commercial activities as a means of distributing visitor concentrations and supporting investment in downtown residential development.
